On The Roll offers roller skate hire for your event, and we come to your venue in Cape Town.
When planning your event, please consider the following:
- Decide the date and times for your event
On The Roll offers 2 hours of skate time and requires at least an hour setup and breakdown time. - Decide on the location
Make sure the venue approves of roller skating. - Check the flooring surface and size
For the best roller disco event, a large smooth surface is preferable. For example, a large room, a hall, tennis courts, cement or tar. - Think about what else is needed to make your event spectacular

Skate parties
Birthdays, kids’ and adult parties, and corporate team building — at your venue.
R5 000base party fee — 2 hours of skating
R100per skater, minimum 25 skaters
From R800delivery, collection and handling — depends on distance from Bloubergstrand
- Roller skate hire, kids UK13J to adult UK11.5
- Helmets, knee, elbow and wrist guards
- Two marshals — one on wheels, one off
- An interactive marshal to teach moves and run games
- Lighting, music, fog machine and sound system
- One hour setup and one hour takedown
Add the silent disco — R1 800 per 25 headsets. Everyone skates to their own channel, and the speakers keep playing for anyone without a headset. Helmets aren’t worn with this option.
Party bags and themed parties on request. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due 7 days before the party.
