Welcome to On The Roll website. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of On The Roll website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.ontheroll.co.za (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you must not access or use the Website.

  1. Use of the Website

On The Roll website is intended to provide information about our quad skates rental trailer services and to enable our customers to book our trailer for parties, events, etc.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website. You further agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or any of its systems or networks.

  1. Booking and Payment

You may book our quad skates rental trailer for parties, events, etc. through the Website and via email communication. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by On The Roll.

A 50% deposit is required immediately upon receipt of a Booking Confirmation from On The Roll.
The deposit and remaining balance must be remitted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to On The Roll’s designated bank account.
The balance on the booking payment must be settled no later than 24 hours prior to the event.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

The 50% deposit is non-refundable and shall serve as liquidated damages in the event of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, you must notify ‘On The Roll’ at least 48 hours prior to your event’s start time.
Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in your liability to pay the remaining balance 24 hours before the event.

In the unlikely event that On The Roll cancels your booking, we will refund any payments made by you in full.

  1. Responsibility and Liability:

On The Roll accepts no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense caused by or arising from the use of our quad skates rental trailer. You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are adequately supervised and have appropriate safety equipment.

‘On The Roll’ shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the venue, flooring, or weather affecting the event.
No refunds will be granted in the event of you or your guests choosing to utilize personal skates, as the package selected includes the total number of skaters at the event.
No refunds will be granted for a shorter skate time; all our packages have a minimum duration of 2 hours.
You assume full liability for the cost of repairs or replacement if the skates, skate trailer, or any On The Roll equipment is severely damaged by your guests or yourself.

The online waiver must be read, understood, signed, and returned to On The Roll before the commencement of the event, by every participant hiring skates at the event.
By hiring ‘On The Roll’, you provide explicit consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of On The Roll and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content or materials on the Website without the prior written consent of On The Roll.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

On The Roll reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the South Africa, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Africa.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
